  • Use it in your own marketing and advertising (web, social, email, presentations, brochures and printed materials) up to 500,000 total copies.
  • Crop or resize it to fit a layout, and share the file with your own printer, designer or agency only to carry out these uses.

You may not

  • Resell, share or redistribute the file (including stock sites, templates and NFTs).
  • Make prints, merchandise or other products to sell or give away where the artwork is the main attraction.
  • Use the artwork as a logo or trademark, or for another company.
  • Use it to train, fine-tune or prompt AI or machine-learning systems.
  • Sign, number or present reproductions as part of a limited edition, an original or a certificate of authenticity.
  • Alter it beyond cropping and resizing without written permission.

Also good to know

  • Non-exclusive: Sarah keeps the copyright and may license the artwork to others and keep selling prints and originals.
  • Credit, where practical in media and marketing: “Artwork: Morning Light I © Sarah K. Ikerd / Studio Shangri-La”.
  • Because this is a digital file, the sale is final once the file has been sent. If a file is defective, Sarah will replace it.
