Prints and originals (United States orders)
Physical fine-art prints and gallery originals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, email sarah.ikerd@studio-shangri-la.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Returns are accepted by mail.
The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In that case, contact us with your order number and photos, and we will cover the return or send a replacement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads (including WAV/M4A music files), Amphion credits and subscriptions, and high-res digital licenses cannot be returned once they have been delivered or access has been granted.
