I have two new one-of-a-kind originals to share: a painting called Love Letters and a sculpture called Transcendence.
Love Letters
A physical expression, Love Letters is full of heart. I poured, dripped, sprayed and flung the magenta and hot pink paint onto pieces of paper in a few layers on the wood, including tempera, acrylic and gloss, like the words, edits and feelings spoken and unspoken of a joyful, energetic love.
I’ve been painting more and more alongside my fine art and conceptual photography, and this piece is me at my most exuberant, in the spirit of abstract expressionism. Love Letters is from 2026, made with acrylic, tempera, gloss and paper on wood, and measures 42 x 30 inches. It’s $8,700, and domestic shipping is included.
Transcendence
Transcendence is a boat made from a palm branch and palm husk, painted black, with black stones resting inside it. Like Barque Of Pearls, it starts with a found, natural material and turns it into a vessel. It’s shown here in an installation with a chair and branches, but only the black palm boat is for sale.
