Quantum Biology Concepts & Multidimensional Life — Part II

Many perspectives, worlds within worlds

Now that we’ve reflected on the crystal web of Indra’s Net — pun intended — that compliments the holographic and fractal universe conversations, let’s explore through that gateway some of the fascinating concepts in Quantum Biology and the quantum behaviors that affect and assist physiological processes. And in learning about another level of existence, we inevitably learn more about ourselves and our potential. We can appreciate the world around and within us that much more.

The first concept is Entanglement. And the simplest definition of that is one thing affecting another thing, and thus coming into relationship. When it comes to human relationships, one person can be affected by another, even at a distance, by thinking about the person and associated events, or be influenced by that relationship. It seems to work the same way with particles: One can be affected by another and exchange information at a distance. With particles, that happens instantaneously. They can even overcome seemingly impossible barriers by “quantum tunneling.”

Several recent proofs include one experiment from MIT involving light from ancient quasars “that two particles, no matter how distant from each other in space and time, can be inextricably linked.”¹ The concept of a large interconnected structure made of the same material holds here. Not only that, descriptions of particle “spooky action” are not unlike what happens with thought and the human brain, and Google quantum computing emulates this, because when thought occurs, there may be cause and effect, but it’s not a mechanical series — It’s cloud of entanglement that happens instantaneously. Technology using quantum processes is on the forefront of innovation right now, especially with communications and data transmission, as well as biotech.²

Quantum behavior is familiar to us in that the atomic and subatomic are part of us. Perhaps this universal landscape functions like a giant organism. Brilliant mind and father of wireless technology Nikola Tesla made practical use of that belief in pervasive intelligence. Indeed, there’s overwhelming visible evidence that the universe has intelligent design, and even consciousness. It’s surprising though a lot of scientifics don’t accept that possibility. Perhaps it’s controversial because both science and spirituality would be true, and by extension so would ethics in conduct. All in all — it doesn’t make much sense how we could originate from something unconscious.

Further delving into entanglement is “the observer effect,” an offshoot of relativity. Simply, this refers to how a subject of observation is affected by being observed. The most basic example is observing something and then changing it, like an item that needs repair. Examples in quantum physics experiments are by contrast somewhat bizarre, having particles change behaviors depending on what researchers are measuring, or even expect. The observer effect comes from the eye of the beholder, something we experience every day actually, the perspective of the seer. If someone’s watching us do something or vice versa for a specific purpose, that affects the experience and the outcome.

This again lines up with the concept of Indra’s net, and intercausality. Within the structure, there’s also freedom of choice — choice of what to focus on, how to feel, and what to believe based on the sensory data. A reality of interconnectedness could be looked at as either elegantly simple or extravagantly complex, and everything in between. Within this model, each person possesses a eye of perspective for their personal experience or parallel/pocket universe, yet the greater universe is the aggregate of organisms within a larger whole — not unlike the human body.

Entanglement, the observer effect and relativistic time — all of these concepts have philosophical roots in Hinduism, a spiritual tradition that allows for a noble multiplicity of reality. In fact, pioneer quantum physicist Erwin Schrödinger was a devotee of the Upanishads, which he considered to be beautiful guiding texts.⁴ He and Einstein before him in a way rebranded and elaborated on the already existing philosophies. And there’s a saying that if you look hard enough for something you’ll find it! Prolonged and consistent focused attention is a powerful energy. They definitely had it, and that leads to results.

The tree of philosophy or human thought branches out into roads of discovery. The Hindu Upanishads have inspired many and continue to. And that brings us to the next concept of Resonance. On our level of familiarity, the transmission of philosophy or ideas is a great example. If an idea “resonates” with us, we become interested, then perhaps actively engaged with it. It’s a fascinating metaphysical process that in part happens on the quantum or atomic level. Quantum resonance involves energy transfer, between atoms or molecules. Energy or information exchange happens on all levels of life.

When it comes to human biology, quantum processes have been linked to enzyme catalysis, sense of smell, DNA structuring and restructuring, and thought — just to name a few. With plants, photosynthesis. And then with animals, navigation.⁵ From slowing down time at the DNA/molecular level to treat Alzheimer’s and autism, to prolonging life, to even upscaling quantum tunneling and translocation for teleportation, the potential is immense for new levels of understanding, and thus revolutionary new treatments and technologies.

Could Cultured Meat Stem Cell Tech Create New Compatible Limbs For People

This Sunday Investor is here on an actual Sunday! Today what I’m wondering is if the stem cell technology employed by and that will be employed by companies like Future Meat, Mosa Meat, supposedly Tyson and so many more can be used to create limbs for people that are compatible with their bodies. It should be noted here that I wouldn’t invest in Tyson as it is right now — Once they embrace this future tech, yes.

Cultured meat is already agreed advance to reduce environmental impact and cruelty. How about taking it a step further to make peoples lives better who really need it. Don’t get me wrong I think the mechanical limbs were and are a great innovation, but this is suggesting something much better.

Here’s a list of some of the existing and up-and-coming cultured meat companies:

  • Aleph Farms, Rehovot, Israel. Meat: Beef steak. …
  • BlueNalu, San Diego. …
  • Eat Just, San Francisco. …
  • Matrix Meats, Dublin, Ohio. …
  • Meatable, Delft, The Netherlands. …
  • Memphis Meats, Berkeley, Calif. …
  • Mosa Meat; Maastricht, Netherlands. …
  • Shiok Meats, Singapore.

Personally I am content to eat plant-based protein, but in my opinion this technology and processes are positively game changing. True, people might not want to eat cultured meat, yet actual animal meat may become harder to come by unless you hunt or small scale farm.

The Royal Rife Healing Frequencies

Suppressed technology and research like that of Nikola Tesla
RIP the cancer industry 2021 ?

The Rife Healing frequency list:

Click to access BW%2077%20RIFE%20Frequenties.pdf

The frequency 727 Hz shows up a lot:

Face it — Where is all that money going for These countless cancer charities? It must be going towards fancy facilities that perpetuate the problem or lining pockets because I’ve seen people solve problems without any money at all, with just the power of their minds.

There’s many search results that put down the Rife technologies while in the same breath saying that there are no studies to prove. The stupidity is that these sources have decided that it doesn’t work also based on no studies. Besides, it’s not true that there haven’t been studies or demonstrations to show the efficacy of targeted Frequency therapy. See frequency list.

To me the whole situation stinks of the dark side of capitalism, still trying to suppress low cost and non-invasive therapies that by all evidence suggest they might work for numerous conditions. Online you see medical sources saying why try a harmless therapy because it might not work, that it’s not covered by health insurance (laughable propaganda in my opinion), meanwhile perpetuating chemo. Every day I pray for that kind of stupidity to end.

This society and its education have been disconnected enough from nature that many people have dismissed one of its fundamental properties, SOUND, as being “fringe.” I honestly don’t know what to do with that but shake my head and opt out of industrialized medicine. Oh, and also keep talking about it, and post more, including the frequencies above. Sound is powerful.

I also think it’s definitely worthwhile to try singing the frequencies that are in range because this reverberates inside the body when one sings Or hums — hence mantras and chanting. That is the kind of self healing powers that we have — and it’s time to wake up to that. Our healthcare system has been running more like death care, and I have to assume that is from a combination of stupidity, disconnection from nature, as well as profit based deception.

What then is the true nature of value — Value is a concept that encompasses so much. And the mass alleviation of suffering is of such great value you couldn’t put a paper or metal or data or crypto tag on it. Some may profit from perpetuating suffering & madness, but at what real cost. In my opinion the cost to the Soul is just too expensive. Aside from and including ethics, one can make money on ingenuity and effective technology!

The long and short of this is that people continue to suffer and die without it being necessary. I don’t know what kind of dog and pony show these large organizations are trying to run. Do they even know? It seems massive charity dollars go towards toxic therapies and overblown facilities and who knows what fronts. I’m just using my logic here. Moderna churned out a vaccine to an unknown disease in less than a year — and I’m supposed to believe that cancer still has to be a problem. I am not buying it — I’m literally not buying it.

As an endnote there are lots of chemicals in everyday products including household cleaners and cosmetics that can be avoided simply by not buying them. I am definitely not saying get fearful — I am saying get educated and empowered. There are clearly still a lot of companies out there cutting corners like the so-called snake oil back in the day. Read the labels. If you think to yourself WTF is that in there, maybe don’t buy it. Now there are other reasons in life on a personal level or sphere for “dis-ease” but why have to fight against the irresponsibility of corporations.

Here lies the Cancer Industry RIP 2021. Please. And thank you.

Quantum Biology Concepts & Multidimensional Life — Part I

Stay tuned for Part II

Within this grand cosmic environment, we participate in a spiraling ladder of evolution not unlike the DNA helix. And when world shaking events occur, or big ideas come along, they effect our developmental tree of decisions, the choices we make as a species and as individuals. Then, we must grow and adapt within this magnificent web of intercausality.

One big set of ideas calling for more growth comes from an emergent ideology called Quantum Biology, an offshoot of Quantum Physics. Keep in mind though that these are formal academic words for much larger, even philosophical concepts that expand our consciousness and awareness. Now it can be said that not everybody out there is on the same page of self-awareness. There are levels. But everyone has the opportunity should they choose to keep learning and exposing themselves to new ideas. Though, it’s also said that under this vast umbrella called the universe, there’s nothing entirely new, that everything can be traced back to the same building blocks.

Quantum Physics is the study of these building blocks, the unseen forces, and with Quantum Biology their interaction and entanglement with our cellular systems. Some define these quanta as packets of light energy, or photons, infinitesimal yet cosmically important movers and balancers of everyday operations, and the elementals of all matter. (1) And having such importance, they have their own set of special behaviors, such as being able to teleport or translocate like you’d see in a science fiction movie. That science fiction is based in reality though. Have you ever noticed how the visions and fantasies that capture our imaginations the most come into being? There are lots of examples, and perhaps we have the quanta to thank as helpers.

Whatever your feelings or beliefs about the immaterial, it’s clear there is a grand design in play, from the neurons in your brain to the branches of a tree — a work of art. There are many names for the subatomic energies that help move these pieces and comprise the fabric of existence, such as the quark, proton, electron and neutrino. These particles have been observed as having dual wave and particle function, among possibly other different behaviors. Have a look at the sand dunes in the photo. The sand is excellent example of a dual function, that’s within our visual spectrum. That’s because the sand can exist as both grains, or particles, and also as a larger wave, the dune crest of which you can clearly see. There are even different types of sand grains, depending on what mineral it’s made of.

This is a suitable analogy for the many “flavors” of quantum particles that have been discovered. As the ancient Emerald Tablet stated in a phrase that has again become popular today: “As above, so below.” The forms that we see on different levels of existence have counterparts or similar structures in other levels or dimensions. The grains of sand form the larger structure of the dune, and then dune interacts with the environment as a wave, and so on. Then behind the scenes, on the fundamental level, you have those cheeky little subatomic particles.

This is a but long way of introducing the vast network or web of existence, which we see part of, and yet don’t see all of. You could say this is a quantum physics concept, or the holographic or fractal universe. However, something very similar can be traced back 3,000 years to the Mahayana school of Buddhism.² The Atharva Veda states:

“If untold buddha-lands are reduced to atoms, in one atom are untold lands, and as in one, so in each. The atoms to which these buddha-lands are reduced in an instant are unspeakable, And so are the atoms of continuous reduction moment to moment going on for untold eons; these atoms contain lands unspeakably many, and the atoms in these lands are even harder to tell of.”³

Much later on in the 70s, author Francis Cook eloquently described Indra’s Net as follows:

“Far away in the heavenly abode of the great god Indra, there is a wonderful net which has been hung by some cunning artificer in such a manner that it stretches out infinitely in all directions. In accordance with the extravagant tastes of deities, the artificer has hung a single glittering jewel in each ‘eye’ of the net, and since the net itself is infinite in dimension, the jewels are infinite in number. There hang the jewels, glittering “like” stars in the first magnitude, a wonderful sight to behold. If we now arbitrarily select one of these jewels for inspection and look closely at it, we will discover that in its polished surface there are reflected all the other jewels in the net, infinite in number. Not only that, but each of the jewels reflected in this one jewel is also reflecting all the other jewels, so that there is an infinite reflecting process occurring.”

4 Majorly Impactful Solutions For Waste Reduction In The USA

Here are 4 major solutions for waste reduction and environmental clean-up in the United States:

1 • Switching to all compostable packaging

— Companies include World Centric, GoodStart and Lean Orb

2 • Converting to Green energy systems

— There are already numerous options for doing so

3 • Collecting / cleaning up and converting / recycling existing refuse

4 • Switching from mass animal agriculture to plant based and cultured meat

— Meat grown from cell cultures is in the early stages and a great compromise. As far as those who would say it’s an unnatural technology, one could argue a lot of what has occurred with humanity is unnatural. More importantly, it’s a case of “which would you rather.” Would you rather vital forests continue to be plowed down and the planet and therefore us ravaged, OR Would you rather Undergo a probably brief adaptation period for eating cultured meat.

Personally I find it bothersome how much yammering and complaining there is in the media, rather than focusing on productive solutions and practical actions both large and small. So I tune that out and then focus on those things myself!

Here’s what I have done thus far Personally: I don’t drive — I use public transportation, I’ve gone fully vegan, and currently I’m cutting back on single-use plastics, I’m re-using and re-purposing items more, and I occasionally pick up trash. The most impactful of those are definitely going vegan, and for quite some time now I haven’t had a car. Personal choices and Consumer choices do make a difference. The obvious evidence is the explosion of vegan products.

It makes great sense for the world to turn this way.. Because we have to. Some corporations and politicians are dragging their feet. Not only do big sweeping decisions have to be made — but also plans put into **action. And that includes everyone, not just nodding in agreement to celebrity faces.

Again, the choices we make affect the market greatly. If a lot of people for example refuse to purchase cars that run on gasoline, then there won’t be a demand for it and thus oil companies have to change and retool their businesses. It’s overdue, way overdue. The shortsightedness of the upper tiers of corporate capitalism, and quite frankly blindness among every day people, has been alarmingly ridiculous.

On the positive side now, changes are definitely happening and being put into place. These conversations are common now And more people are engaging in activism in their lives. Time to pick up the pace though! I’m tired of looking at all this trash too.

The technologies and Methodologies exist; they just have to be dialed up a notch in those key positions by companies large and small. What I mean by that is the rehab of industry. The industries don’t have to tank — What *is Necessary though is adaptation of production. Business owners on any scale make these choices and therefore are able to make different choices. How about now?

SuperYuck Smoothie

Believe it or not, this is not bad:

Go Green With House Cleaning

The multi-purpose lineup

• Apple Cider Vinegar

• Baking Soda

• Hydrogen Peroxide

• Dr. Bronner’s Soaps

Avoid all those unsavory chemicals with those for 4 useful multi-purpose items. Many products contain unnecessary chemical ingredients and I think it’s important to keep things simple and pay attention to what you’re buying. I do what I can to practice this and be informative. And choices shift and influence the market of products. Some of these containers are plastic, so it isn’t perfect, but it’s a lot better than most cleaners.

Let’s Talk About: Age-ism

The issue is bigger than Tom Brady

First of all — excellence is excellence at any age, and that often comes from *experience,* and weathering both victories and failures. It is completely ridiculous to cap the age of achievement before an individual has the opportunity to truly go out into the world, learn, experiment and explore.

Only focusing on athletes in their late teens and 20s is unfortunately a bit limiting. Of course skill development as early as possible is great, but it’s not the be all end all. Different talents can be discovered at any time. I believe the old mindset of youth in years over everything should be on the way out. And anyone illogically criticizing an athlete like Tom Brady achieving excellence at any age may be jaded with a perverse need to throw stones, and/or jealous.

Recently I heard a poolside conversation about athletes like Brady and David Goggins. The people chatting referred to them as freaks of nature, as if their achievements were purely genetic flukes. The fact is though that both of those guys have unbelievable passion and drive. Any one of us could choose to employ that kind of mental discipline, but most people choose not to. The people talking smack are quite simply not willing to make the lifestyle choices necessary (or are ignorant to them) for that excellence over time.

See the photo above: I came across a group of CBS journalists covering the PGA tour in Detroit. They were belly up to the bar eating bar food and drinking alcohol every day. Is it really not so surprising that someone like that would be quick to refute the possibilities of lifelong athleticism. They don’t see it for themselves. It takes smart, deliberate constructive choices with long range sight for longevity in sport. The way I see it: When you are dedicated and truly enjoy what you’re doing, discipline can even be fun, because you know you’re playing a long game called life and you are learning, process oriented. You enjoy more than accolades or fleeting moments, or standing on podiums or even good reviews — you embrace life and enjoy it to the fullest.

Someone like Tom Brady, but certainly not limited to, has had to tune out and even proverbially stick his tongue out at the noise of the media, and all the limiting beliefs circulating that have passed for status quo. I take great comfort in the existence of brave people like this in the public eye, the trend of lifelong achievement, and the end of ageism as a new normal.

As I said before, it makes no sense to expect the world from someone in their 20s when they have not even experienced the world. We really don’t have to be racing each other to the grave here. That kind of mentality and lifestyle is just too extremely high pressure and stressful.

In weightlifting for example, because that is one activity I participate in personally, there are still a lot of people who think it’s only worthwhile to compete and be competitive when you’re in and around your 20s because of old studies done on all men. And some coaches and teachers seem to milk teenagers for all they’re worth without real emotional support or mentorship to help develop psychological fortitude, and then wonder why they give up the sport or activity. I say mind expansion is definitely necessary here, being willing to work with and put on a pedestal people of all ages, because of their excellence and being able to foster that excellence. It’s important not to limit people or interfere with their development because one does not see those possibilities for oneself for whatever reason, or even worse to take advantage that person.

The fact remains — Anyone can choose to pursue vibrant activities at any time. But you can’t do it while you’re engaged in destructive and body degenerative activities like binge drinking and not exercising. In other words, if you’re a couch potato, you’re not in a good position to decide what is possible for the human race and evolution. If you’re closed-minded, you’re not in a good position to preach what’s possible for others.

Human evolution is open-ended and happening, and we have every reason to feel encouraged by this. If you have a God or Gods in your life or not, that is surely proof of some kind of built-in benevolence that we can keep growing. We have the ability to make a conscious choice.

Whenever I look at mass media too long I have to remind myself I’m not responsible for all the limited or doomsday viewpoints! As a conscious choice, I think resigning to inaction is just plain stupid. Given the choice, does one want to play a fun game, or does one want to play a scary game? Is it a horrible ending or is it happy triumphant ending — or better yet, is there no ending. The scary game entails giving up on everything and rolling over into obsolescence. Who does this really benefit? I’m not sure anymore. The medical industry?

Yes, these matters are personal choice — but let it be open minded, educated personal choice rather than feeling strange pressure to just stop doing things for no good reason…?

The nonsense of ageism has been programmed by mass media and brainwashing advertisements. Just today I saw a completely ridiculous Lancome advertisement in which a girl who looks 19 or 20 is saying, unconvincingly (the mask is dropping), how “all of us” use under-eye concealer for dark circles. Well first of all the acting is bad because the message is complete nonsense. Secondly, dark circles are often caused by a nutrient deficiency, lack of or irregular sleep or destructive habits like chronic alcohol consumption or smoking (which lead to toxicity of internal environment.) These things are not set in stone! Problems like that crop up from living in unhealthy lifestyle, one that is very stressful — yet conversely, better or even stellar choices can lead to high quality of life, meaning good health and enjoyment.

Beyond the heretofore advertised narrow window of personal and career achievement, it’s now time to acknowledge that we have long lifespans and we are overall smarter now. And can thus make more intelligent, deliberate choices that lead to greater quality of life. One can make more and more good feeling constructive choices in order for that to happen. I can only choose for myself — and what I have noticed is that ditching limiting beliefs and artificial pressure gets me farther, while enjoying life even with its ups and downs, unhurried and happier. Tom Brady for me is someone exemplary and great to discuss because he is highly visible, out there showing how it’s done.

In the workforce, the professional world, experienced people, regardless of numeric age, should be considered and extolled for excellence and nothing else. Don’t companies want experienced people? People of any age have something to contribute. So that means no reverse ageism either. The new younger generations always have tons to offer for being the next more intelligent, genetically improved and adapted generation with fresh viewpoints. So, all the more reason they too should not be held back by the outdated counterproductive attitudes of prior generations. Prior generations must continue learning and evolving. And I suppose if they don’t they’ll sit around complaining about people breaking barriers like “Hey, you can’t do that!” which translates to “I don’t think I can do that.”

To conclude, if one wants to be a certain thing or achieve a certain goal, there are a lot of choices and cumulative actions and mental power i.e. will and determination that goes into this. People determined to live longer, healthier, more productive and enjoyable lives should be celebrated as setting shining examples. Do we have to be just like them? No, but anyone can apply the overarching theme of expansion and possibilities.

Beyond Time: Headlines in Quantum Biology

I’ve been a quantum biology enthusiast for a bit now and it’s wonderful to see the field expanding because that means that consciousness is also expanding. Our levels of understanding and forward insights affect our biology. We are also acted upon by outside and inside forces beyond our apparent control at the quantum level — not to say we have no control — which people are just beginning to delve into studying. Some call the quantum realm the spiritual realm as well.

Activating The Ageless Algorithm (full article)

Sequel to articles “The Last Generations” & “Examining Biological Immortality In Nature”

“…discover first hand the eternity of Life, Light, and Truth, as well as the illusion of Death, Darkness, and Sin… Though the modern world may know a million secrets, the ancient world knew one–and that one was greater than the million; for the million secrets breed death, disaster, sorrow, selfishness, lust, and avarice, but the one secret confers life, light, and truth. The time will come when the secret wisdom shall again be the dominating religious and philosophical urge of the world… The Dying God shall rise again!” — Manly Hall

“Get busy living or get busy dying.” — The Shawshank Redemption

An algorithm is a set of instructions implemented for problem solving or computation. Let’s examine some logical instructions for immortality.

01. Belief

Let’s start with the deepest instruction. Many philosophers and other figures of note have agreed, that the power of belief is potent. Affirmations and meditation then affirm the belief, as well as way of life. Focus on life and joy is based in faith; focus on death is fear-based and generates anxiety and pressure. Could death now be the greatest modern farce and irony. That we have the gift of life and then focus on supposedly inevitable death and “heaven.” It looks to me like we live in the heavens! Just look at the sky, or photos from the Hubble telescope. Yes though, there are layers we can’t see. What I’m saying is — I believe we have options.

Humanity seems to be at a point both technologically and spiritually to opt out of death, as determined by the individual, to be able to upgrade and transform within the same life cycle (although many came before to get to this point). And the individual must of course love life and cosmos in order to want to continue. Rest? Bodiless travel? That’s what we have sleep for. For youthfulness and quality of life the individual must be in a regeneration mindset instead of a degenerative one. This implies faith in the body / the self’s ability to heal and learn/evolve. Biological immortality is a great quantum leap and inevitably creates new culture.

“Matter is the necessary channel for the self differentiation of spirit.” — Genevieve Behrend

“Live Slow Die Whenever” ~ T-shirt

02. Habits

Way of life, the Tao, flow — this next instruction of the Ageless Algorithm encompasses daily habits and manner. As mentioned in the previous instruction, having an open-ended life span de-stresses one’s manner and culture significantly.

To live like an immortal would mean free enjoyment of all life has to offer without the pressure of an ultimate deadline. It would mean open-ended achievement, the rethinking and revamping of healthcare, the stewardship of environment. All in all I think, a great idea. I happen to believe we live in a benevolent universe, because everywhere we look there is proof of that. Why death, then? Why indeed. It’s been done. So perhaps the time is nigh for something new.

Time is a tool and system of measurement for scheduling! It does not have to determine life span, though. In this way we can begin to experience multi-dimensionality, like the quantum world. One on level, the measure of time applies; on another level, other qualities are timeless. You may have experienced a taste of timelessness during the pandemic. I sure did, during which the names of the days and sun-ups and sundowns blurred together, a whole year that felt like a time warp!

The immortal being would get plenty of sleep for recharging, without any regard for missing out on something or “FOMO.” There are plenty of plants and animals that do this and live a very long time. We can continue to learn from them without dissecting them, and make no mistake — they too continue to learn and evolve. Consider the city birds that have trained us not to mess with them, and to feed them instead!

The immortal being would not engage in cruel, murderous or torturous behaviors. Having gained infinite sight, like the sloth in the photo, there would be little point and much less existential angst. Above all, engaging in death or destructive activities leads to more death, focusing on death leads to death. You can guess the flipside of the coin: Focusing on enjoying life and living, experiences and exploration, leads to more life.

Rest periods would be expected. The pace of work, however one sees fit for one’s occupation. To each their own. Live and let live, and on and on. After all, here we go expanding to other planets thanks to aerospace giants. The only sense of urgency here is excitement and that we’ll need more room.

To summarize this instruction, way of life converts from survival, or fight or flight, to **arrival. There many ways of saying this in different idioms. If you go ahead and live that way you may find that your health & your quality of life vastly improve.

Reservatrol salad

03. Food

The next instruction of the Ageless Algorithm is to eat and supplement intentionally. Supplements should be regarded as augmentations and not dependencies.

There is a plant for every ailment and attribute. I have a growing collection of botanical extracts on my shelf. For maximum benefit, shelve any illogical skepticism about the fruits of spaceship Earth.

The overall shift to noninvasive medicine and healthcare that gets back to nature will support longevity and immortality very directly through vital nutrients.

Consider the immortal Hippocrates quotation “let thy food be thy medicine” with the photo of the grapes above. Grape skin contains Reservatrol, a substance linked to numerous benefits including brain health. Although it is found concentrated in supplement form, the benefit and easy (tasty) access of whole foods in general is clear.

Another compound identified in connection with longevity is NAD+ or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, associated with adult stem cell production. That too comes in supplement form, yet it is also available in foods like fish and mushrooms.

[Aside] And by the way: “Research into adult stem cells has been fueled by their abilities to divide or self-renew indefinitely and generate all the cell types of the organ from which they originate — potentially regenerating the entire organ from a few cells.” — Science Daily. This is kind of funny to extract what we already have inside of us and put it back in, which implies that perhaps what we also need is a new level of awareness.

In my previous article “Examining Biological Immortality in Nature” I identified the disaccharide sweetener Trehalose as possibly beneficial, given its production by some plants and animals as a protective crystallization against the elements or in a period of dormancy.

Deliberate choice of intake, rich in vitamins and minerals, enhances bodily processes and therefore quality of life.

In support of the adage “you are what you eat,” having as many live foods with active enzymes as possible is the way to go. You may already have many beneficial ingredients on hand, like turmeric (curcumin) or apples and onions (quercetin). This is naming a few of millions. Knowing and learning the usefulness and value of plants makes them even more effective. Such is the power of intention plus understanding!

04. Growth

When beliefs and habits change so do biology and outer reality. The universe is a body in motion and so are we by default, yet with increasing choice, and integration of infinite and multidimensional concepts. There are other concurrent levels of reality that we cannot directly see, like the life of our cells and the quantum realm.

Consider for a moment that universal systems, including ourselves exponentially, have been gathering more and more intelligence and discernment. For every thought/desire or group desire, quantum particles or energetic counterparts form and function as carriers or messengers that may help shape physical reality.

The output of the brain has been measured in wave functions, and so is that of the heart; physical manifestations in the personal universe/experience and beyond, conjectured to be affected by the strength and coherence of the signals.

A flight of imagination perhaps — Here’s an example of possible group thought-form manifestation: The black hole, an astronomical phenomenon predicted and then sought after for over a century, and then just 2 years ago at last appears for observation. Something to chew on — that the [benevolent] algorithmic style cosmos we find ourselves in is malleable, with overriding geometries, substances, and even safeties. If intelligence exists at our level of reality, it is reasonable to suppose it exists on many levels.

Definitions expanding // bottom left: to each their own, but to me that seems backwards

*What if* as the divisions of our societies loosen and dissolve, we begin to see more. Oh wait, that’s already happening! Just keep tabs on NASA and SpaceX, among others. And according to popular Wikipedia, immortality or Homo deus or the trans human, the next evolutionary step for humanity is here — and not a nightmarish cyborg or disfiguration – just the best of us, more intelligent and youthful. With possible *constructive* enhancements though, our tech creations also teach us. We’ve been rising and learning through generations towards the achievement of formerly wild dreams. Note: It’s been postulated though certain ancients already realized some of this.

Growth is an expression of ideals and desire, and there’s certainly more to explore. The photos illustrate — from John Harvard, to the vast online network, to even the bloom of common Aurelia aurita jellyfish (the Latin meaning “golden ear” / listening), of which there are many around Boston wharfs.

Once again, the original guru — jellyfish Aurelia aurita, optionally asexual & immortal / variant with 6 gonads seen here (Charlestown)

Those golden listening ears are also known as moon jellyfish, because a specimen of Aurelia went to the moon! If you want to gauge the effects of that, take a look at human history. Only a few people had to go to the moon for the entire species to be affected. Just recently, in the past few years, the Aurelia aurita was identified as being able to reverse its life cycle, just like Turritopsis dorsii “the” immortal jellyfish — now “an” immortal, in a sea of possibilities.

Part 5. Environment & Technology

Our lives are inextricably linked with our home spaceship Earth, a paradise because the rest of the solar system is somewhat inhospitable — at least to us. Of course, plans and efforts are directed towards terraforming, and deep space travel towards planets such as Proxima B.

The beautiful earth is our immediate priority. As is obvious at this point, the continued reform of our habits and renovation of our systems is necessary to sustain healthy way of human life in connection with the healthy environment and ecosystems. Both can and should thrive.

Technologies both old and new are relevant to sustainability, or non-destructive lifestyle. Sustainable forestry and solar power, for example, are not new concepts. In the case of forestry, we do have material alternatives such as concrete, bamboo, hemp and even recycled ocean plastic.

Elon Musk said in an X-Prize broadcast that you can’t just plant trees. Well, yes one can. The architect Vincent Callebaut for example, incorporates thousands of trees into his buildings. And besides, the trees knew how to grow themselves long before we got involved. Plants grow through asphalt and concrete, so they know how to survive and thrive. We can help and herd though, and that’s the concept of stewardship.

What is also needed is quite simply big companies continuing to make big changes, yet with greater speed and scope. That massive fiery glowing orb in the sky is fairly easy to channel!

Our health is connected to that of our environment – air quality, plant life, natural resources, etc — what we improve in quality of life as a collective affects us as individuals. This is outside of any political system, outside of any one person or group or agenda; it’s just the facts, that there are more constructive ways of living. The effect on the planet, flora and fauna, is a direct gauge of this. If you don’t like the green and blue — first, I can’t relate, and second this is surely a state of denial and even suicidal because at this point we can’t live without those things, water and arbor.

Things are changing as a matter of necessity, and there can be a newfound or rediscovered cohesion of technology and environment, which of course ultimately stem from the same source. It’s just how we use them and maintain them.

Longevity and mortality depend on sustainable living systems and healthy environments. In my opinion the eco-tech pursuits to prioritize are solar electric power, materials science, and advanced waste management solutions — especially ocean clean-up!

On an individual level, which will continue into the final part of the Ageless Algorithm, the constructive, supportive environment of each person is important for us to thrive and positively potentiate humanity.

Part 6. En[joy]ment

The final and most important instruction of activating the ageless algorithm is enjoying life, which encompasses all the aforementioned parts; enjoyment of the little things and the big things. Enjoyment is vital to the multifaceted state of health — physical, mental/emotional, spiritual/soul.

Contained in the word “enjoyment” is the word “joy” and that kind of unbridled satisfaction comes from life itself, like the sunlight sparkling on a river, just being able to witness in this grand theater. So why leave it behind? Personally, I’m anticipating Virgin Galactic flights. And am thankful to have come this far across the genetic threads of many lifetimes to even be considering all these possibilities!

In the search for purpose, the greatest one is to live, and be alive, enjoying all the cosmos has to offer, which is a lot. Circumstances differ to be sure, but perhaps as we are living longer and even indefinitely, we can work out more pressing issues, enough to live in relative open-ended peace. It pays off to keep on dreaming and doing — there are so many examples of this, past and definitely present. It also pays off to relax regularly, and take in the natural abundance all around us.

Plant Food Of The Year? Moringa aka Tree Of Life

Thanks to the suggestion from Immortalists Magazine, I have some Moringa tea in my cabinet now. I tried some last night and it’s definitely unique. The leaves produce a slightly thick sort of fatty tea! As you can see the powder / leaves have an impressive even amazing nutrient profile. We’ll see how I feel after a few days of drinking it. When it comes to diet, I feel good about trying new plants because I know they’re beneficial and medicinal.

Activating The Ageless Algorithm Pt. 1

Activating The Ageless Algorithm

Score!

The famous phrase “live fast die young” comes from the 1940s novel Knock On Any Door by Willard Motley, made into a movie starring Humphrey Bogart. The entire phrase was: “I wanna live fast, die young and leave a beautiful corpse.” A horrid picture to paint, in my opinion. Fortunately though, that notion is fast dying out. That’s been the sentiment of the previous age, and has passed for glamour and glory. Now let’s explore a new glamour: Life and living. And how to activate the “ageless algorithm.”

Algorithms are a set of instructions implemented to solve a puzzle or problem, and programming turns them on or off. So let’s start with the programming, run by the hardware and operating systems that comprise the human being.

Many scholars and philosophers have agreed that we become what we think about. As Marcus Aurelius said, “A soul becomes dyed with the color of its thoughts.” It follows then that a society or person preoccupied with or engaged with death will become death.

“You are what you eat,” said Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin in 1825 in his book, the title of which translates as Physiology of Taste or Meditations on Transcendental Gastronomy. ¹ The title of his book encapsulates not only food that you eat but also food for thought. Keep this under consideration as we now turn to specific solutions for the algorithm.

Solution #1: Food

Longevity has been linked to a plant-based or mostly plant-based diet with plenty of raw foods. It stands to reason that immortality is too. “Let thy food be thy medicine,” the immortal phrase uttered by Hippocrates is appropriate here. What’s funny is that’s kind of what life was doing before all the self-awareness and analysis. Yet, now we can do that deliberately, and better! And that’s more effective.

Fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts & seeds are the most nutrient dense foods and do not need to be cooked to be enjoyed. In raw form they provide live active enzymes that aid in digestion and overall optimal body function. Another plus — They don’t flee when pursued.

Solution #2: Belief

It was Napoleon Hill that said: “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.” This notion is becoming a bit more mainstream, that the power of belief and choice is potent, and perhaps eventually omnipotent. That would mean for one who desires and believes in immortality, and loves life, that can be achieved.

At this stage in human evolution and knowledge, death becomes a farce. Perhaps in a way it always was. Life continues to become more comfortable and technology expands our reach. I, for one, have no problem being comfortable! After generations of fight or flight, we deserve it.

The passé scenario of self sacrifice followed by decline reminds me Monty Python’s Life Of Brian. Eric Idle’s character responds to the Roman centurion’s query “Crucifixion or death?” by saying, “They said I hadn’t done anything and I could go and live on an island somewhere.” I’ll take the island on this Eden, spaceship Earth.

“You have to want it to win it.” I’m not sure about the exact origins of this phrase — perhaps eighties lottery advertising — but “It” for the purpose of this article is arrival, after the passage from the birth canal of survival, to a point at which we can deliberately transform ourselves and transmute genetics in sub-cycles of a long life. Affirmations and meditation can reinforce the new expansive beliefs.

“Live Slow Die Whenever” ~ T-shirt

Solution #3: The Tao

The Tao means way and pace of life. It’s a beautiful paradox, that time and quality can warp as we see fit, depending on the choices and perspectives of our personal universe. And what a grand cosmos we have as a home.

If death is no longer in the equation, there is of course more “time” for activities that are conducive to longevity. Sleep, for example, becomes a blessedly regenerative activity rather than an obligation, and a time for the body to rest and rebuild. Yes, it already is — yet with full realization of life, even more celebratory and relished.

Popularized over the past year, the Sloth is the perfect mascot for taking one’s time. Wag your finger at that creature, it’ll only blink and say, “Whatever man – you wanna rush to the finish line, that’s your business.”

Here in the USA there has been an atmosphere of artificial pressure from constant busyness to somehow prove the legitimacy of one’s existence and avoid being called — gasp — “lazy.” However the pandemic experience has turned the tide away from judgmental, militaristic mannerisms towards what I consider a more realistic state of being.

One logical conclusion to draw: The stress of the constant grind, or fight or flight, is a bit toxic to the modern mind. I’m not saying don’t do things — it’s the how.

At this next level of awareness we don’t have to be addicted to drama. To quote The Dude in The Big Lebowski, “This isn’t ‘Nam.” There are still plenty of conflicts going on, but (open-ended question) is that really what we want to go on perpetuating? With some effort each of us can continue in a healthier way after pandemic dis-ease — in my opinion, starting with tuning in to one’s now surroundings.

Solution #4: Supplementation

Nature has always been at our side at the ready. There’s a plant to address every condition and ailment. So one key of immortality is getting back to nature — augmenting it instead of destroying it. It’s very logical. Destruction of life leads to death. This means no more hacking rainforests to bits and instead listening to indigenous cultures about how to cultivate.

Concerning what specific supplements to take, there are so many options to address the multifaceted state of wellness. I’m currently collecting botanical extracts! In my previous article about examples of immortality in nature, I mentioned the substance Trehalose, produced by some organisms as a means of preservation and longevity. Trehalose is a sugar that one can actually purchase easily online as an alternative sweetener.

Another supplement specifically linked to longevity is NAD+, a coenzyme involved in hundreds of metabolic processes and linked to adult stem cells; also Reservatrol, a protective compound produced by blueberries and grapes. My thinking is, it’s great to supplement, and better to do so mindfully, regarding them as augmentation and not dependency. The earth is rich with remedy our DNA primed for activations or upgrades.

Disco Inspiration

Solution #5: Technology

Let’s not forget the human gold mind and our capacity to learn and build. Some emergent technologies that can help us in the quest for long and high quality life spans include: Stem Cell Therapy, Genetic Therapy and Modification with Nanotechnology, Restorative Frequency technology and other noninvasive medicine, Solar Electricity systems and other Eco-tech. Any of those technologies or aforementioned solutions I recommend as topics of further reading and research. Within the context of longevity and immortality (and sustainability, because our paths are linked with our environment and home planet) — well, that’s the new frontier. And as Patrick Hernandez sang in 1979, we’re “Born To Be Alive.”

Spotlight On: Socially Responsible Investing

Living in a material world

During the first part of quarantine I became immensely engrossed in learning about Investing and participating in the market, and experiencing the best of what the United States financial institutions have to offer. In the past I have been uninterested because of both not knowing from having a negative impression, and also not realizing that I could put my own spin on things.

What dissuaded me in the past was having a bundle of companies prescribed to me a la 401k that I didn’t know about. I felt like a lot of these companies would be engaged in activities that I didn’t agree with. However, what I have come to realize is what works for *me and how much I enjoy it: To really engage by doing market research and selecting companies that are to the best of my knowledge in alignment with my values, and continuing to create ideal society and heal environment. I also want to select investments that I believe will do well and want to do well. For me the best investments satisfy those conditions.

I like to know that as I grow my portfolio I am getting behind some solid companies and endeavors. Most recently I purchased a clean energy ETF because I feel there’s no going wrong investing in renewables. That’s just the way things are going with the explosion of solar in particular. This is an obvious win – win to me.

This may go without saying — I am clearly focused on some longer-term growth with this outlook. However, there are definitely some stocks that I have held for a shorter term.

Here’s some promising longer term avenues in my book: Renewable energy, sustainable forestry, circular plastics, concrete and other building materials that are not wood, Cultured or cell-based meats, Responsible biotech, aerospace, technology in general, hemp, bamboo, medicinal psychedelics and the list goes on and on.

More short term investments would be related to products, entertainment, technology, and services.

To conclude, I’ve come to an understanding of the positive power of the markets and how I can be involved. I really enjoy doing so and that definitely helps. The more I learn the more it inspires my personal business ventures and overall optimistic outlook for how existing systems can be used and how they can evolve. Could we have different systems? Yes, of course. There are always different ways of doing things. But there is also a certain kind of magic in doing the best you can with what you have – and that’s a lot.
